Herbert Manzoni held the position of City Engineer and Surveyor of Birmingham from
1935 until 1963. Presiding over one of the most fervent periods of urban renewal in
recent history. Presented are portraits in the form of re-worked press cuttings from the
Manzoni scrap books, held in the Central Library Birmingham archives.
